Derrell C. Roberts Library: Options for submitting requests

The library staff are ready and eager to help you find the information you need. Good information literacy skills are crucial to academic success and we will teach you how to find information, how to analyze it, and how to apply that information.

ILL form below

  1. In paper, it's easiest just to attach any printouts or photocopies of citations to one form and send it to the ILL office.

  2. complete on screen, save, and sent to ill@daltonstate.edu or via campus mail to the ILL office

  3. print and filled out by hand and sent to the ILL office

If using campus mail, please direct it to Library - ILL

For DSC employees, a MS Word form is also on the M: drive in the Library folder

Requesting an Interlibrary Loan

Options for requesting interlibrary loans: 

  1. Print citations or photocopy bibliographies and highlight the desired items; send to the ILL Dept. via campus mail or by visiting Library 103. Be sure to include your name!

  2. Email citations to ill@daltonstate.edu

  3. Email yourself a list of selected citations from any GALILEO database, and then forward the email to ill@daltonstate.edu (sending citations directly from the databases to ill@dsc will not always include your name or other information the ILL office needs)

  4. The Interlibrary Loan webform.

Fill in each line of the form. You can copy and paste a citation into the information field.
