Disability Access: CART captioning service

CART captioning services are requested and arranged through the Disability Access office.  A captioner will be in the class and needs to be located close to the student.  The student must have a computer in front of them so they are able to read the captioning as you are lecturing, students are talking, or presentations/films are being shown. 

This service offers an additional benefit to the entire class in the form of a transcript of the course.  These transcripts are available for you to provide to all students.  If you are interested in having these transcripts, please contact the Disability Access office to make arrangements.
