Disability Access: Flexibility with attendance policy

The Disability Access office recommends an increase in the attendance policy by 50%. (e.g. If your policy is 4 absences then this accommodation would allow for 6).  The implementation of this accommodation is also contingent on whether or not the accommodation will "fundamentally alter" the course. Please discuss this accommodation with the student and write on the accommodation form what the "new/adapted" attendance policy is.
