What is APA Style?
APA Style consists of guidelines published within the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association.
These guidelines cover:
*format of scholarly manuscripts
* grammar and punctuation
*graphic elements (such as charts and graphs)
*rules for citing sources
At Dalton State, instructors in the Department of Social Sciences, School of Nursing, School of Social Work, and School of Business Administration may require students to use the APA style for various types of assignments.
