URSS

Each spring and fall, Dalton State College hosts an Undergraduate Research and Scholarship (URSS) event that invites DSC students to share their work as a poster or a presentation. Information about event dates and deadlines as well as instructions for submitting an application are emailed to students each semester.

Appalachian Studies Association
The Appalachian Studies Association allows undergraduate presenters as independent scholars.
Blue Ridge Undergraduate Research Conference
Information about an interdisciplinary conference held annually at King University in Bristol, TN
Butler Undergraduate Research Conference
Information about an interdisciplinary conference held annually at Butler University in Indianapolis, IN
COPLAC Undergraduate Conferences
Students at COPLAC institutions have the opportunity to present the results of their undergraduate research at regional conferences where they can meet and discuss their work with peers and faculty. Undergraduate projects come from all disciplines and afford students the prospect of intellectual engagement beyond the formal classroom setting.
European and Eurasian Undergraduate Research Symposium
The Undergraduate Research Symposium is an annual event designed to provide undergraduate students, from the University of Pittsburgh and other colleges and universities, with advanced research experiences and opportunities to develop presentation skills. The event is open to undergraduates from all majors and institutions who have written a research paper from a social science, humanities, or business perspective focusing on the study of Eastern, Western, or Central Europe, the European Union, Russia, or Central Eurasia.

The National Collegiate Research Conference (NCRC) is a platform for undergraduates from across the nation to share their interest in research.
National Conference for McNair Scholars and Undergraduate Research
At the National Conference for McNair Scholars and Undergraduate Research our attendees gain a venue for networking, learning about graduate school programs, hearing from distinguished guests and panelists, and enjoying the sense of community that McNair programs around the country share. All students, particularly McNair and Student Support Services participants, are invited to attend! Featured workshops, social gatherings, and McNair Staff meetings are part of the experience at our Conference.

Texas Tech University Undergraduate Research Conference
One of the nation's largest interdisciplinary undergraduate research conferences, the URC is a wonderful celebration of the rich Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities landscape at Texas Tech, and it regularly features a number of presenters from other colleges and universities from across the region.
