As we have run boldly into the fall semester, please remember we are still here to assist you with campus resources. Below are some updates from the Dean of Students’ Office:

Birdfeeder: The Birdfeeder is currently open to ALL students using our online request form.

CARE Team: Need to chat? Struggling? Have a friend on campus who you are concerned about? We are in this together. Submit a CARE Team Referral HERE.

Career and Professional Development (CPD): We are still here to help you get ready for that internship, career, and/or graduate school.  CPD will be hosting their Career Events (originally scheduled for Career Week) over the next several weeks via Microsoft TEAMS, so make sure to check your student email for those details.  CPD is also creating a Resume Book that you can upload your resume to, which will be shared with our local employers in place of the cancelled Career Fairs.  Details for this have been emailed to students already.  If you need a resume review or want to talk about choosing/changing your major, going to graduate school, or preparing for an interview, simply schedule a virtual appointment by clicking HERE.

Disability Access:  We will continue to serve students with academic accommodations, as well as to do intake appointments for students needing new services and answer any questions you may have about services you are already receiving. If you are a student who has an interruption in your learning due to a temporary or permanent disability, please reach out to Andrea Roberson at

Student Programming: The Campus Activities Board and Student Life will continue to offer virtual programs for students to engage in. Please be sure to like our Facebook page and follow us on Instagram @dsc_deanofstudents
