Disability Access: ACCOMMODATION GUIDE

This page is intended to provide students and/or faculty with details about individual accommodations. It will provide a brief description of the accommodation along with who is responsible for making the arrangement, and other pertinent information.

PLEASE NOTE: Students with accommodations have their particular accommodations listed on the accommodation agreement. That agreement is to be reviewed and signed by faculty and returned to Disability Access. Students should return the signed accommodation form and provide a copy to faculty.
